Green Party of #NewHampshire: Help Us Get Jill on the Ballot #OccupyNH #JillStein2012

Green Party of New Hampshire

The presidential election is approaching and we’re ramping up our efforts to get Jill Stein on the ballot in New Hampshire. We’ll need to collect over 3,000 signed and certified nomination papers (at least 1,500 in each congressional district) and we need your help. We’re working on making it easier for you by preparing a form with Jill’s info already entered (should be ready for download soon). We’ll just need at least ten people in each of the two districts collecting ten signatures a day for 30 days. Very doable, right? If you want to be one of these people helping us collect signatures, contact Jamie at mandycapach [at] gmail [dot] com to discuss the details and get started.

We have created a pre-filled nomination paper using the State’s official form.Nomination Paper – Jill Stein for President

Volunteers:
Please print and use these pre-filled forms to collect signatures. When collecting signatures, please be sure to ask if the person signing is registered to vote in New Hampshire. Only NH registered voters can sign nomination papers.

Filing Deadlines for NH Nomination Papers:

August 8, 2012 – Last day to submit signed nomination papers to Supervisors of the Checklist in each town or city by domicile of the signer.

August 29, 2012 5:00 p.m. – Supervisors must have nomination papers certified for candidates and organizations.

September 5, 2012 5:00 p.m. – Last day to file certified nomination papers with the Secretary of State’s office.

We ask that you have all of your signed nomination papers to the Supervisors of the Checklist before 5pm August 8, preferably by August 1. You can then pick them up from the Supervisors of the Checklist and send them to us at the following address so we can submit them to the Secretary of State’s office:
